Make Moai Yoga Studio at the Staff House Bed and Breakfast your own spiritual sanctuary and part of your personal practice. Surround yourself with our yogic community for weekly, all-level yoga classes.

Spring SCHEDULE 2018

Whether you are new to yoga or a returning practitioner … this class is for you. Newcomers to yoga will find these classes offer a compassionate approach to developing balance, strength and flexibility. Emphasis is on breathing techniques and proper alignment. The use of props and modifications will be used if necessary so that even those with decreased range of motion can enjoy the benefits of a traditional practice.

Experienced practitioners will continue to develop their strength and flexibility while practicing at their own level. With special attention to breath awareness you will learn to calm the fluctuations of your mind resulting in more awareness and relaxation.

Commencing March 6, 2018:

March 6 to April 10, 2018
Tuesdays – 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.

March 8 to April 12, 2018
Thursdays – 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
– 11:00 – 12:00 noon

Cost for six week session $51.00

Drop-ins $10.00 per class if space available.

Winter Yoga/Ski retreat photospdf


Commencing September 2017, Moai Yoga Studio at the Staff House Bed and Breakfast will be hosting three day yoga retreats. You will be able to enjoy three days of yoga & meditation with healthy vegetarian meals. There will be plenty of time to simply relax or explore the natural surroundings and the variety of activities available to us here in Seven Sisters Falls. Please contact Fran if you are interested in attending a retreat or if you have a group of 6 to 8 interested in participating in a retreat. Retreats can be tailored to your interests and skill level.
